This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to transfer the proceedings in C.C.No.36 of 2012 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate's Court No.I, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District to the Judicial Magistrate's Court, Alandur, Kancheepuram District.

2.Since the transfer is sought for on the ground of certain allegations of bias of the then Judicial Officer, as the Judicial Officer has already been transferred, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.36 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 3 months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
