ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking for a direction directing the respondent police to secure the named persons those who were not complied with the conditions of the anticipatory bail granted by the Sessions Court, Vellore, in Crime No.5258 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides, even though the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to direct the respondent police to secure the named persons those who were not complied with the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Vellore, while granting anticipatory bail in Crime No.5258 of 2015, it is a fit case to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and file a final report within a short period and hence, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.5258 of 2015 and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
