This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records in Cr.No.398 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) submitted that in the case registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.398 of 2021, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam and the case is yet to be taken on file by the learned Magistrate.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam is hereby directed to take the case on file immediately, if it is, otherwise in order.
