The petitioner has come forward with this petition for a direction directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, to expedite the trial in Crl.M.P.No.3037 of 2015 on the basis of the complaint given by him in Cr.No.1495 of 2015, which has been registered under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC on 20.10.2014; subsequently it was closed as mistake of facts; against which the petitioner has filed a petition for re-investigation under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C, which was taken on file as Crl.M.P.No.3037 of 2015, but the learned Magistrate has not shown any interest to dispose of the same. Hence the petition.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the records, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.3037 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
