This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the appeal.

The learned counsel for the first respondent has made serious objection for allowing the petition and he seeks time to file counter.

2. Even though the learned counsel for the first respondent made objection, being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition and also considering the fact that the delay is only 45 days, we are inclined to condone the delay.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and if it is numbered, list the same on 06.08.2025 for admission.
