This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to incorporate the amendment and replace as H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2023 which was inadvertently stated in the petitioner's transfer petition, stay petition and affidavit as H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2022, in Tr.C.M.P.No.387 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
