This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 5(b) on the petitioner, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16915/2024 order dated 18.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is completed and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every first working day of English Calendar Month for a period of three months.
