Respondent/Complainant Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to set aside the order dated 08-02-2016 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.1065 of 2016, and allow the same, thereby MODIFY the conditional order dated 21-01-2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.703 of 2016, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai viz., directing the petitioner to stay at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District and sign before the Palayamkottai Police Station daily at 10-30 A.M., for a period of 4 weeks, to the extent directing the petitioner to stay at Chinglepet/Thindivanam and report before the respective Town Police Station area, in Crime No.1486 of 2015 of the Respondent.

ORDER
