ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent-Police to file final report in Crime No.103 of 2025, dated 25.04.2025 within stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. After investigation, action was dropped and RCS notice was also served on the petitioner and charge-sheet was also submitted before the Judicial 1 / 3

Magistrate, Ambur. Therefore, learned Magistrate is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and RCS report filed by the respondent-Police in Crime No.103 of 2025 on the file of the respondent-Police. On receipt of the notice, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law before the Magistrate.
