ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass these petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police is unnecessarily harassing these petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by one Vadivelu, against these petitioners the respondent police had conducted an enquiry and that these petitioners appearance are necessary but they did not appear and in pursuance of the complaint, enquiry is pending.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to appear for enquiry.
4. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents police.
5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is hereby directed to conduct the
enquiry upon the complaint given by Vadivelu in accordance with law without harassing these petitioners and the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the enquiry.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
