These two applications have been filed consequent to the 3rd defendant having attained the age of majority.
2. The 3rd defendant was a minor at the time when the suit was instituted.
3. In his affidavit, though the date of birth has not specifically mentioned, the copy of the Aadhar Card has been enclosed in which, the date of birth is shown as 03.10.2000.
4. Let me go along with that date and if that is the date of birth, by any mathematical calculation he has crossed the age of 18 years.
5. In view of that particular fact, these applications are allowed.
6. Plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment indicating that the 3rd defendant had attained the age of majority and to discharge the guardian/mother from acting any further as the guardian.
