This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 404 days in filing the Restoration Petition to restore the Writ Petition in W.P.No.6366 of 2014 on the file of this Court, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 14.06.2022.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, on or before 11.09.2023.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the Restoration Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post this case for argument on 12.09.2023.
