Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to investigate and final report in Crime No.171 of 2014 and punish the accused in accordance with law for security to the petitioner from the accused illegal activities and his immoral act of interference unit.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for directing the the respondent police to investigate and final report in Crime No.171 of 2014 and punish the accused in accordance with law for security to the petitioner from the accused illegal activities and his immoral act of interference.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint to the respondent police, on which, Crime No.171 of 2014 has been filed. In this case, final report is yet to be filed. Hence, he sought a direction through this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is completed and final report is to be filed within short period.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the submission made by the learned counsels, this Court directs the respondent police to file a final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
