Crl.M.P.No.15219 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15219 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23667 of 2021 T.V.THAMILSELVI,J This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.6(a) in Crl.O.P.No.23667 of 2021 order dated 08.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is a coolie, he has no means to comply the condition No.6(a) as ordered by this Court.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23667 of 2021 by order dated 08.12.2021 stands deleted and all other conditions shall stand unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
