Prayer: Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court for wilful disobedience of this Court order made in W.P.Nos.25389, 25798, 25797 of 2013 dated 26.04.2017.

For Petitions : No appearance (in all contempt petition) For Respondent : Mr.P.Anandakumar, Government Advocate (in all contempt petition) COMMON ORDER The petitioners, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 26.04.2017 made in W.P.Nos.25389, 25798, 25797 of 2013, have filed the present contempt petitions.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that challenging the order passed in the writ petitions, which is the subject matter of contempt, the respondent has preferred Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.655, 641 to 643 of 2017 and an order of interim stay was granted by the Division Bench on 15.11.2017 and the same is pending.
