It is stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that after filing of writ petition, it came to his knowledge that application filed by him pending on the file of Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Coimbatore has been transferred to Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Tirupur and taken on file as O.A.No.118 of 2021.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the amendment application is ordered.
