ORDER

The above petition is filed seeking leave to file the revision against the execution proceedings in E.P.No.10 of 2022 in C.P.No.606 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai.

The petitioner would submit that she has not been shown as party either in I.D.No.539 of 1989 C.P.No.148 of 1991, C.P.No.606 of 2014 or in E.P.No.10 of 2022. However, notice has now been ordered to the petitioner in her official capacity seeking a warrant of arrest against her. Therefore she is constrained to file a revision petition. Since she is not a party to any of the proceedings, she seeks leave of this Court to file the revision. Considering the above narration and taking note of the fact that the execution proceedings are pending against the petitioner who is sought to be arrested in respect of a claim made against the 2nd respondent herein, leave is granted. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
