NO.700/2012 in O.S.No.318/2010 by this Honble Court.(in CRP No.3062 of 2019) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Accepting the reasons assigned by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Vellore, in his letter dated 16.04.2021, the time granted for dispose of the I.A.No.700 of 2012 in O.S.No.318 of 2010 is extended by a period of three months from today i.e., 13.08.2021.
