(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) These applications have been filed by the applicant to dispense with the production of the certified copies of the fair and decreetal orders dated 28.10.2021 passed in O.P.Nos.96 and 97 of 2021

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applications to obtain the certified copies have already been filed, but the same have not been made ready and there is an urgency in this matter, thus, presently, the production of the certified copies of the fair and decreetal orders may be dispensed with.

3. Considering the facts given above by learned counsel for the applicant, the production of the certified copies of the fair and decreetal orders dated 28.10.2021 passed in O.P.Nos.96 and 97 of

2021 are dispensed with for the present with a direction to the applicant to file it immediately after the copies are obtained by the applicant.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if otherwise in order and list on 20.12.2021 for admission.
