ORDER

Pursuant to the order passed in CRP.No.3272 of 2023, the learned District Munsif, Udumalpet was directed to dispose of O.S.No.286 of 2011 by the order dated 04.11.2024 within a period of six months. The Registry has now received a communication from the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, forwarding the request to the learned District Munsif, Udumalpet, seeking extension of time by three months to dispose of the suit in OS.No.286 of 2011.

2. It is seen that the trial has already commenced and the suit is posted for evidence on the side of the plaintiff.

3. In the light of the above, I am inclined to grant further three months time to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, as well as the District Munsif Judge, Udumalpet from today.
