This matter is listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 05.10.2023, had disposed of the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.3617 of 2023, by directing the II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the O.S.No.7/2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, has addressed a letter dated 31.01.2024 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 31.01.2024 sent by the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said O.S.No.7/2013 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP No.3617 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of two months to the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the O.S.No.7/2013. from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
