This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed against the dismissal of the petition in Crl.M.P.No. 828 of 2021 dated 10.05.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to renew the application before the Lower Court after completion of investigation. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to renew the application before the lower Court after the completion of the investigation.
