O R D E R

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 04.12.2019, this Court directed the II Special Court, for MACTOP to dispose of the M.A.C.T.O.P.NO.1738 OF 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. This Court has received a communication from the learned Special Sub Judge - II, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 04.12.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply 2/4

with the order dated 04.12.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
