ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the third Respondent to enquire about the demanding of money for 500 paddy bags given dated 07.06.2022 the Kattavakkam Village Government Paddy Procurement Station (P.O. 3120901) as per the Petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that when the petitioner approached the Government Paddy Procurement Station at Kattavakkam Village for selling his paddy, the respondents 4 to 8 demanded money for 500 paddy bags as a bribe. In this regard, he has made a complaint before the 3rd respondent and subsequently, filed this writ petition for a direction to the third respondent to enquire about the same.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that based on the complaint, enquiry was conducted and upon enquiry, they found that no such demand is made from the petitioner. Even the petitioner was enquired by the 3rd respondent on 31.10.2022 wherein, the petitioner stated that only loadmen demanded and upon enquiry conducted, even the loadmen stated that no such amount was demanded.

4. In such being the case, whatever the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been enquired and enquiry report was filed. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
