This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above criminal revision petition against the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.462 of 2024 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 9 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
