This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records in Crime No.54 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the F.I.R. in Crime No.54 of 2017 has been closed on 31.01.2018 itself as Civil Nature. The copy of the same has been served to the 1st respondent herein. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
