Mr.T.Sundar Rajan, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the entire cause of action of the above suit arose at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court and the defamatory articles were also published on 15.5.2018 at Chennai. This application has been filed since the defendant is residing at Salem, which is outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
