This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14850 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023 in respect of Crime No.278 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court .

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 4(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14850 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police twice in a month viz., 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
