ORDER

The above writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the 3 rd respondent to open the financial /price bid in respect of Tender ID(NLG24MUN191), as per the tender notice dated 08.04.2025, and issue work order to the successful bidder within the time frame.

2. Mr.M.S.Premkumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. Heard both sides.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that financial bid was opened yesterday and as the bids were 25% below the permitted value, the respondents decided to go for fresh tender.

5. The submission of the learned Government Advocate is Recording. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.
