By an order dated 11.08.2021, this Court has pronounced the order in the open Court, whereby, this Criminal Revision Case was dismissed in respect of discharge of one of the accused. Before signing in the order, this Court has entertained a doubt with regard to reasoning given in paragraph No.6. Accordingly, order passed in Crl.R.C.No.124 of 2017, dated 11.08.2021 stands recalled.

2.Both the counsels are directed to clarify the position as to the document produced by the second respondent herein viz., Manoharan that he was working as a Chief Loco Inspector under Railway Chief Crew Controller, Yelagiri.
