W.M.P.No.25303 of 2022 has been filed to restore W.P.No.17832 of 2016, which was dismissed for default on 30.08.2022.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit, W.M.P.No.25303 of 2022 stands ordered. Consequently, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.17832 of 2016 is restored.

3. Post the Writ Petition for final disposal on 09.01.2023.

4. In view of the restoration of the main writ petition, the interim order granted by this Court on 12.05.2016 is also restored and shall continue until further orders.
