O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.83 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Thuraiyur to Sub-Court, Poonamallee. The transfer is sought for on the ground of convenience since the wife is working and residing at Ambattur.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be very difficult for the wife to conduct proceedings at Sub-Court, Thuraiyur as she has to take care of her 3 year old daughter also. It is also stated that the husband is working in Germany. It is also seen that the notice has been received by his father. Taking note of the above, transfer to Sub-Court, Poonamallee would not cause any inconvenience to the husband.

3. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and HMOP.No.83 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of Sub-Court, Thuraiyur and transferred to Sub-Court, Poonamalle to be disposed of in accordance with law.
