W.M.P.No.26812 of 2024 is filed to extend the time limit by six weeks from 23.08.2024, to comply with the order of this court dated 29.02.2024 in WP.No.464 of 2024. On 21.08.2024, when this miscellaneous petition was taken up for hearing, this Court passed the following order: "Mr. A.P. Srinivas, learned Senior Standing Counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents and seeks time to file a counter affidavit.

Post the matter on 01.10.2024. In the meantime, the respondents are directed to defer from passing any orders."

2. Feeling aggrieved, the writ petitioner filed W.M.P.Nos.27320 and 27321 of 2024 to modify the order dated 21.08.2024 passed in W.M.P.No.26812 of 2024 in W.P.No.464 of 2024 and to fix an early date of hearing of the petition in W.M.P.No.26812 of 2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that time may be extended to the first respondent for passing final order.

4. On the other hand, the learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that in view of the order dated 21.08.2024 passed in WMP No.26812 of 2024, the first respondent could not pass any order till 01.10.2024.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the order dated 21.08.2024 passed in WMP.No.26812 of 2024 is modified by extending the time till 06.09.2024 to the first respondent for passing final order.
