Crl.O.P.No.19763 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that this petitioner, who absconded on the date of examination by the Investigating Officer, suffered warrant and the same was executed. When the bail petition was filed, the trial Court has recorded the reason and dismissed it. Suppressing of filing another Criminal Original Petition No.19766 of 2023 by M/s.R.Krishnan, the learned counsel, the present Crl.O.P., is filed for the very same relief.

When this was pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is about to dismiss the case on merit, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
