Soosaikumar and presently detained in Central Prison at Puzhal before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.4328, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 16.07.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
