This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.07.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
