ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed in Special Special S.C.No.19 of 2022 by the Principal Special Court under the POCSO Act at Coimbatore District and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above said criminal appeal case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.The petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence against the minor victim and he fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.
