Crl.M.P.No.14388 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14797 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14797 of dated 04.07.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC.No.22 of 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate, Mayiladuthurai, and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14797 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
