This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the impugned order dated 02.03.2017 passed by the Principal District Judge, Pondicherry in I.A.No.402 of 2017 in Arb.O.P.No.17 of 2017, in so far as directing the petitioners to deposit Rs.19,30,882/- along with 50% of the additional financial charges amounting to Rs.24,04,267/- towards belated payments totally Rs.43,35,149/- passed by the Principal District Judge, Pondicherry. PRAYER in CRP/1033/2017:
This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the impugned order dated 02.03.2017 passed 1/4
by the Principal District Judge, Pondicherry in I.A.No.403 of 2017 in Arb.O.P.No.18 of 2017, in so far as directing the petitioners to deposit Rs.13,65,250/- along with 50% of the additional financial charges amounting to Rs.19,41,437/- towards belated payments totally Rs.33,06,687/- passed by the Principal District Judge, Pondicherry. In both CRPs., For Petitioners : M/S.J.Pooja for M/S Girishar and Sai For Respondent : Mr.A.Prabhakaran COMMON ORDER (Heard through video conferencing) These Civil Revision Petitions have arisen out of the impugned stay order dated 02.03.2017 granted by the Principal District Judge, Pondicherry in I.A.Nos.407 & 408 of 2017 in in Arb.O.P.Nos. 17 &18 of 2017 respectively. Since the issue involved in both the Civil Revision Petitions is common in nature, they are taken up together and being disposed of this common order.

By consent, both the learned counsel submitted that the main original petition filed challenging the arbitral order which is pending before the Principal Judge, Puducherry itself can go on and the parties may be given with the liberty to agitate all the issues before the Principal Judge, 2/4

Recording the said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
In view of the long pendency of the original petitions, the learned Principal District Judge, Pondicherry, is requested to expedite the trial and dispose of the matters at the earliest. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.Nos.5010 & 5011 of 2017, are closed.
