O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.99 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 423, 424, 468, 471, 447 and 506(ii) of IPC.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.99 of 2019 has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamalle and the same has been taken cognizance on C.C.No.502 of 2024. Hence, the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
