(CRIME NO.278/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on (5) Accordingly the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.06.2021 alone stands modified that till filling of the charge sheet the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30am and thereafter the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30.a.m, All other conditions shall remain unaltered. In Crl.M.P.No.8792 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.10487 of 2021 dated 06.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R. PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner inCrl.M.P.No.8792 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10487 of 2021 on 06.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
