This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, praying to to set aside the return endorsement made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur and direct the fourth respondent police to return the vehicle (TATA Lorry, bearing registration number TN.05.AP.7616) which is illegally kept by him to the petitioner for interim custody.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. In dismissing the petition, the Court below has observed as follows:- "1. When the vehicle was seized by the respondent police has to be stated.

2. The crime number to be mentioned.

Hence returned ".
