This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14011 of 2023, dated 26.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case charge sheet is filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.30 of 2023 by the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
