This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19721 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the date of release from prison, the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. as directed by this Court. He further submitted that the petitioner is studying 2nd year B.Com in Pachaiyappas College, Chennai. Since the college timings of the petitioner is between 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m., the petitioner finds it difficult to comply with the said condition. Hence, he seeks appropriate modification. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition and instead of 10.30 a.m., the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m. for a period of three months. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 12.09.2024 ksa-2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2
