3. Learned counsel appearing for P.P for R.1 submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1177 of 2019 on the file of the Mahila Court, Coimbatore. Hence, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition.
