These petitions are filed (i)under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, (ii) to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and (iii) to bring on record the petitioners herein as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, in S.A. No.946 of 2022, respectively.

2. The reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions are accepted. Hence, these petitions are allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.946 of 2022 and list the Second Appeal on 14.08.2025.
