This petition has been filed to amend the name of the first petitioner as Sundar @ V.N.Tamilan instead of Sundar and the name of the second petitioner as Tamizh Amuthan @ Chandramohan instead of Tamizh Amuthan in Crl.O.P.No.27675 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition 6 shall be extended by two weeks finally from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
