This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15938 of 2023, dated 19.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in this case charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.33 of 2023 by the Mahila Court, Tiruvarur.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
