This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17279 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is pending and the petitioner is complying with the order without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturdays for a period of two months.
