The petition has been filed to amend the name of the Court as bail bond to the satisfaction of IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, instead of bail bond to the satisfaction of XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai, vide order dated 16.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19608 of 2024.

2. Considering the representations made on both sides, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and therefore, the Amendment Petition is ordered as prayed for.
